The CTBUH France Chapter is pleased to welcome you to an exchange on ‘Modular Architecture vs. Density’ and a visit to PolyRoom in avant-première, a prefab construction module designed by Cutwork for Bouygues Immobilier’s new shared living brand. This project aims to address today’s key urban challenges: What is habitat today? How can design address our increasing need to do more in less space? How can we leverage emerging constructions methods to address the critical demand for housing?
