On 7th October 2022, the CTBUH India Chapter convened an evening seminar with leading international and Indian experts to explore how human health within the built environment can be dealt with during the planning and design stage of the projects. The venue was in the heart of Mumbai city, a star property ballroom.

Experts were from Indian Green Building Council CII Hyderabad, sustainability experts and architectural design experts. Three back-to-back presentations on architectural design approach added great insight and showcased the approach of Indian designers towards wellness and wellbeing.

A panel discussion was moderated by CTBUH India member Mr. Yogesh Hate. The experts expressed their views about IEQ, Lighting, acoustics and cognitive and psychological health encompassing all building typologies. 

CTBUH India signed an MOU with IGBC India for exploring future opportunities of knowledge sharing.
