When completed, this 15-level development will be Australia’s tallest commercial office building constructed with mass timber. With timber ethically sourced from local renewable forests and targeting 5.5 Star NABERS Energy and 6 Star Green Star ratings, this will be a rare opportunity to explore this innovative building in mid-construction. There will also be informative presentations from Hines (developer), Jackson Clements Burrows (architect), AECOM (structural engineer), Duo Projects (project manager) and Icon (builder).

NOTE: Attendees will need to wear sturdy closed toed shoes, hard hat and high vis vest to enter site.
