100 BIshopsgate

100 Bishopsgate is a 40-storey office tower developed by Brookfield Properties, providing highly efficient and flexible floor space in the heart of London. Designed in collaboration between Allies & Morrison and AFK, the building provides over 995,000 sqft of net lettable area and half an acre of public realm.

The health and wellbeing of building users was a priority in the scheme. BREEAM Excellent was achieved with a low energy strategy and high performing façade design. Additional amenity was provided including 900 cycle spaces, changing facilities and a 30,000 sqft health and fitness club.

The tour will be guided by Jo Bacon (Partner, Allies and Morrison), Earle Arney (Founder, AFK) and Pragya Adukia (Design Director, Brookfield Properties).
