Please join the CTBUH UK FLC for a tour of Paradise, where we will be discovering more about the structural and sustainability potential of timber in the construction industry.

Developed by Bywater Properties, Paradise is a new six-storey office development in Lambeth with a mass timber structure and a glazed terracotta façade. The building sets a benchmark for low carbon development exceeding the RIBA 2030 Embodied Carbon Targets at 491kg CO2e/m2. The carbon locked in the frame is equivalent to c. 60 years of tenant emissions.

The tour will be guided by Pavlos Clifton (Head of Development, Bywater Properties).

Please note, as Paradise is a live construction site, personal protective equipment (PPE) will be provided and is required to be worn by all attendees. You will be contacted in advance of the tour to confirm boot and jacket sizes.
