Project Description

100 Fetter Lane, named Edenica, exemplifies a pioneering approach to commercial architecture, setting new standards in sustainability, placemaking, and user experience. The 12-storey office development in the City of London seamlessly integrates innovative environmental strategies, community engagement and an exceptional spatial experience, exceeding the original brief. The brief called for a high-quality, flexible commercial office space that responds to evolving workplace needs while embedding sustainability at its core. Fletcher Priest Architect’s exceeded this ambition by creating a future-proofed, dynamic workplace that is not only attractive to tenants but also promotes longevity and circularity. The inclusion of a new public pocket park, a ground-floor café and a reinstated pub enhances the building’s civic contribution, extending its value beyond commercial use.
