The main program explored the new urban solutions of Southeast Asia, which has long been an epicentre for vibrant growth. The rate of development in SEA has accelerated urbanization of key cities and with it new innovations and solutions for sustainable density. Kuala Lumpur holds its own long tradition in tall excellence leadership with the Petronas Towers, and now the next generation of projects including Merdeka 118 and 8 Conlay, a renaissance in high rise developments. Delegates heard from colleagues on the new and unique solutions for vertical urbanisms in the region.
The sessions balanced thought-provoking and future-focused discussions on topics such as innovation, performance, urban integration, social equity, and more, and case studies of award-winning projects.

Four Seasons Place Kuala Lumpur, also known as FSP KLCC Tower and Four Seasons KLCC, is a 74-story, 342.5-meter-tall supertall skyscraper in Kuala Lumpur City Centre, Malaysia. It features a 23 m high crown made out of steel at the top of the tower, making the tower reach the height of 342.5 m. The building is currently the tallest hotel in Southeast Asia, the fourth tallest in the world and the fourth tallest building in Malaysia.
A guided tour for invited delegates was organised across 3 world class projects within KL. These projects are exemplary local projects with notable efforts in Tall Excellence and Environmental Sustainability adoption within urban settings.
