CTBUH Australia's Melbourne Committee Presents:
80 Collins Street Redevelopment

Wednesday, 17 April 2019
4:00 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.
European Bier Cafe, 120 Exhibition Street, Melbourne

Join CTBUH Australia's Melbourne Committee for a tour and presentation of 80 Collins Street, a significant redevelopment located in Melbourne’s CBD. The development is one of the largest mixed-use projects in Melbourne. Its scale is unprecedented with two new towers; a hotel with 255 rooms and a new south office tower of 38 floors, connected to the refurbished existing office tower. The lower floors of the existing north tower will be refurbished to improve the urban design of the precinct and maximize retail opportunities. The three towers will be interlinked and interconnected by a high end retail offering, and accommodate a unique urban design experience with the Melbourne laneways permeating throughout the precinct. When complete, it will be a desirable city destination featuring a visually stunning façade and retail space.
