Niki has over 32 years experience in the elevator industry and has served in a variety of technical, product and commercial positions.

In her current role, Niki is responsible for the management and implementation of Otis’s new innovative digital technologies including, Compass® 360 destination dispatch system and eCall™ mobile phone touchless elevator access solutions for the Otis America’s organization.

She is very passionate about new technologies and developing products to enhance the passenger experience to provide state of the art elevator system solutions for Otis’ customers.
