Mike joined W.E. O’Neil in 2014 as a Project Engineer and has advanced his career to Project Superintendent, responsible for field coordination, scheduling and safety management. Mike is passionate about pull planning and uses his architectural background to better understand the timing of various stages of a project in order to keep the team on track while managing client and architect partner expectations.
