Mr. Ryan has been a Gulf Related partner since its 2009 Abu Dhabi launch. Kevin has 30 yrs of experience in real estate development and has been with the Related Companies’ mixed use division since 1977. His projects include The Grand in Los Angeles, CA and CityPlace in West Palm Beach. Mr. Ryan was Development VPresident of resort development for Maxxam’s in Puerto Rico properties and had development positions at Himmel & Company, Boston, MA, and MKDG, Chicago, IL. Kevin has a MBA from Pennsylvania’s Wharton School and a degree in architecture from the University of Illinois.
