Kerry Galbraith is the executive director of capital project delivery and manages all aspects of campus construction at the University of Chicago. He has over 25 years of experience in planning, design, and construction of complex projects. Galbraith’s extensive portfolio includes a variety of building typologies constructed both nationally and internationally. Prior to joining the University, Galbraith served as an associate director for Skidmore Owings and Merrill, LLP where he provided executive level management for the design and construction for a $1.8 billion portfolio of projects in the Middle East, Europe and SE Asian markets. He holds a bachelor degree in engineering from the University of Auckland and is licensed in Illinois, Washington and New York. Mr. Galbraith has been active in the Council of Tall Buildings since 2003.
