Prior to joining WeWork, Jonatan worked at Thornton Tomasetti (2010-2016), where he founded and oversaw CORE studio, the company’s firmwide R&D group. He grew the team of software developers from 1 person to 16. At Thornton Tomasetti, Jonatan also organized the annual AEC Technology Symposium and Hackathon series. The event enables cross-industry collaboration and knowledge exchange and has turned into the leading annual hackathon in the building design industry.
In 2016, Jonatan co-founded Konstru. Konstru is a SaaS company that offers a cloud-based collaboration and data management platform for structural engineers. Konstru was conceptualized at Thornton Tomasetti’s CORE studio.
He received the Top 20 under 40 Award by Engineering News Record in 2016.
