Mr. Oliveira has over 19 years of experience in the structural analysis and design of a diverse range of commercial, institutional, educational and residential facilities, including office towers, hotels, apartment buildings, and parking garages. He is knowledgeable in the use of reinforced concrete and structural steel. In his home country of Venezuela, Mr. Oliveira developed experience in the analysis, design, construction administration and inspections of seismic-resistant buildings in reinforced concrete and structural steel. He is a registered professional engineer in New York State as well as in Venezuela with over 12 MM GSF of construction experience.
