Daniel Horner is a Director of Planning & Urban Design at Dar. Based in London, Daniel has a wealth of experience leading some of the largest master-planned real estate and urban development projects within the MENA Region.

Specialisation focuses on assisting private developers, land owners and government organisations, turn financial and socio-economic objectives into deliverable projects, policies and solutions.

Notably, in recent years Mr Horner has been acting as a project manager and strategic advisor to the Egyptian Government on Egypt’s New Administrate Capital.
