SOHO Concept Comes to Paris Tower
The Small Office / Home Office concept is coming to France. It is a simple, affordable and adaptable hosting solution for the needs of small businesses. The real estate world has borrowed this acronym “SOHO” for a building where a person can work and live.
In France, the Quartier Chapelle International, a 5,100-square-meter scheme has just been proposed consisting of 40 SOHO units. Each apartment size, from studios to 5-bedroom units, is coupled with a workspace. Tenants will be able to choose to connect with their workspace by an internal staircase or to an external patio. “SOHO is in demand and a growing contemporary lifestyle,” says Swiss architect Charles Pictet.
The first 17 SOHO units will be delivered this summer, and will welcome their tenants in October 2019.
