It was announced recently that the first apartments in the 360 Nicosia skyscraper — possibly the tallest building in Cyprus — will be open for tenancy by August.

Situated in the heart of the city, on one of its busiest streets, it stands an impressive 135 meters (443 feet) high and is composed of 34 floors. A total of 27 floors will be dedicated to residential units.

With views of the city, the Sky Restaurant and Sky Club, situated on the 33rd and 34th floors respectively, will offer fine dining.
