An Austin, Texas commercial developer plans to build a 19-story mixed-use tower in Dallas’ Uptown district. Endeavor Real Estate Group purchased the half-block site last year at Boll Street and McKinney Avenue. The property is now occupied by several small buildings.

According to filed plans, the project will include 290 residential units, almost 60,000 square feet (5,574 square meters) of office space and 15,000 square feet (1,394 square meters) of retail. Dallas-based architects HKS designed the new building with underground parking and a rooftop “amenity deck.”

Endeavor managing principal Jamil Alam said it’s too early to talk about a timeline for the development.

The planned McKinney Avenue tower is just one of several new high-rises proposed for that area of Uptown. Developers Stream Realty Partners, Ryan Cos. and Kairoi Residential are working on other tower projects nearby.
