Bangkok Condominium Tower Commences Construction and Sees Strong Sales

A luxury condominium project, MUNIQ Langsuan , in Soi Ton Son, has become the latest addition to the roster of ventures by Major Development, one of Thailand’s larger real estate developers. On the first day of reservations, 90% of the units were sold.

Construction on the 28-floor high-rise condominium is reportedly underway, overseen by Koranit Construction Co.,Ltd. Designed by Palmer & Turner Group architects, MUNIQ Langsuan  will house 166 units, and spaces for 185 cars.

The high-rise luxury condominium tower is located in midtown Langsuan, which is regarded as the “Beverly Hills” of Thailand. The project was first launched in February 2018.

Dr. Suriya Poolvoralaks, Managing Director of Major Development PCL, states that MUNIQ Langsuan’s construction is to be completed by the first quarter of 2022. MUNIQ Langsuan, a freehold property worth  4,085 million baht (US$13 million), is designed under the concept “Live Your Everlasting Romance.” Blending classic art and New York-inspired design, MUNIQ Langsuan is located 100 meters from Bangkok’s largest piece of green land, Lumpini Park, with access to Sarasin, Ton Son and Wittayu Roads.

Koranit Construction’s previous projects include The Room Sukhumvit 64, The Bangkok Sathorn–Taksin, Life@ Sathorn, and Oka Haus.
