CTBUH UK Panel Discussion: Smart Cities / Smart Buildings

The city of the Future will be designed to be sustainable and smart, socially responsive, self-learning and bottom-up. In light of CTBUH’s 50th anniversary this year, Zaha Hadid Architects will host a panel discussion at RIBA’s office in London, speculating on the future of our built environment by reflecting on the lessons learned over the past 50 years. Speakers will address current and projected developments in AI & big data, opportunities presented by Smart Technologies, and potential interactions between Smart Buildings and Smart Cities, especially considering  the prospect of collaborative efforts between disciplines.

A panel of speakers will present their latest speculation on the topic with a particular attention on how the collaborative efforts could be implemented between the disciplines.
