Professor Ysrael Seinuk, Ysrael A. Seinuk, PC. Presentation by Professor Seinuk's Daughter Beatriz Seinuk-Ackerman. Prof. Seinuk is known as a worldwide authority on the design and construction of high-rise concrete and steel buildings. Due to his recent passing, Ysrael Seinuk's daughter presented her father's work on his behalf.
