Session S2: "The Changing Economics of Tall Sustainability”. This session widened perspectives to include economic and community issues. Steve Watts examined the economic argument of whether sustainable and mixed-use tall buildings are viable. Dan Probst spoke on the growing awareness of sustainability among office tenants. And Garrett Miller presented a case study on the American Commerce Center.
