Video footage shows a jacuzzi in Brazil’s tallest tower, Millennium Palace in the southern city of Balneário Camboriú, overflowing due to the swaying of the tower in a strong windstorm. The 177.3 meter tower was completed in 2014. Read more.

Construction on Saudi Arabia’s $1.5 billion Jeddah Tower has reached the 63rd floor, with shell and cladding work to be completed next year. Scheduled for a 2020 completion date, Jeddah Tower will be more than 1,000 meters tall. Read more.

Foundation work is underway at The Pinnacle Tower, which will be Africa’s tallest skyscraper once completed in 2020. The high-rise will stand 320 meters and 70 stories tall, with a 275-meter observation deck with views of Mount Kilimanjaro. Read more.
