May 19, London Kings College and Investream have teamed up to redevelop Capital House, an increasingly dated office building to the immediate east of Guys Hospital in the London Borough of Southwark. The site is currently bounded by Weston Street, St Thomas Street and Melior Street in what is fast becoming a development hotspot. Shard developer Sellar planes to build the Three Houses project just up the road whilst the Shard itself will be soon be rising a stone throw away...more
