		Sept. 22, London A planning application has been filed for yet another development on the Isle of Dogs in London's ever growing Docklands. The proposals this time are by the Angel Group for Angel House which is at 225 Marsh Wall and importantly marks the first development of a tall building on the eastern half of the Isle of Dogs north of the Docklands Light Railway, an area so far devoid of tall buildings....more
