May 13, Sydney Diversified trust Dexus and builder Grocon have started building the latest skyscraper in Sydney's CBD, at 1 Bligh Street, which promises to be the first six-star green star site constructed in the city in a decade. At a ceremony on 13 May 2009, the first concrete was poured into the foundations for the 27-storey building that will have lawyer Clayton Utz as the anchor tenant.
