May 6, Los Angeles Proposals have been put forward for a new skyscraper for downtown Los Angeles. The proposal is the first new construction project to pop up since the global credit crisis reared its ugly head and pretty much ruined everyone's fun. The project thus tentatively named the Wilshire Grand Redevelopment mainly because it will be replace the 50 year old, rather dull looking Wilshire Grand Hotel which currently occupies the site...more
