May 5, Stavanger Approval has been given for a new high-tech tower in the oil-rich Norwegian city of Stavanger located in the new Central Business District that's planned. Named the Foniks Tower, the scheme comes from the gooey grey matter of Brandsberg-Dahls Architects and when completed will stand at 115 meters, an increase on the 106 meters it was originally penned to be.
