		Sept. 12, Vietnam Construction sector officials recommend that a special team be established to examine the construction quality of high-rise resettlement buildings. The team will be charged with assessing potential problems in building construction, according to the proposal of vice chairman of the Viet Nam Construction Association Ngo Sy Liem. The proposal aims to respond to concerns that many new buildings suffer from degradation soon after construction.....more
