Feb 26, Monaco As part of its stimulus plan and to counteract the cancellation of an offshore extension few months back since February 2009, Monaco has just announced the construction of two twin towers. The tallest of these will be the record ever built in Monaco. With its 49 levels for 170 m height, the tallest tower construction will begin in Spring 2010.
