Feb 8, Tel Aviv, Israel BST Development and Construction Company Ltd. in February 2009 has begun building a 136-unit 23-storey residential high-rise in Givat Shmuel near Bar Ilan University for Yessodot Yaniv Initiating 2004 Ltd. at a cost of NIS 100 million. The work is due to be completed by mid-2011.
