Feb 5, Tirana Work is underway on a new and unusual looking skyscraper for the Albanian Capital of Tirana. Named Tid Tower, it will stand at 85 meters when it is complete. The design comes from Belgian architectural firm 51N4E, which just goes to show once in blue moon the Belgians can do something apart from make chocolate. The tower will form part of a master plan dreamed up for the city which centers around the construction of ten new towers...more
