		Sept. 11, New York Rem Koolhaas today unveiled plans for OMA’s first residential high-rise in New York City. The 107m-tall building, on 23 East 22nd Street in the Flatiron District just off Madison Square, will include 18 residences within 24 residential floors, along with a screening room for the Creative Artists Agency (CAA), a main lobby, pool and gym, all of which have been designed by OMA....more
