		Sept. 11, Cork The Atlantic Quarter is a new urban development for the Irish city of Cork with a trio of landmark towers designed by Foster and Partners. The massive scheme worth some 850 million euros is being developed by Howard Holdings Plc as one of the largest urban regeneration proposals in the Republic of Ireland. Foster and Partners three towers will contain some 350 apartments between them with the tallest reaching 28 floors....more
