Jan 15, Sacramento A local businessman wants to build a new skyscraper in Sacramento that looks like a golden spike, but the plan is stirring controversy. Walter Horsting came up the idea and says it would be perfect for the downtown rail yards. But the developer of the downtown rail yard project isn't sold on the idea. It's not the comparison Walter was looking for, but he isn't deterred.....more
