Jan 15, Dubai A 380-metre high real estate project is set to provide some of the most luxurious homes in Dubai, with a world record for the number of swimming pools in a single building. A Hircon International scheme, ‘23 Marina’ will be an “iconic skyscraper” with all the duplex apartment homes boasting their own plunge pool.
