International architecture firm Homestead and F1 Driver Michael Schumacher have collaborated to design the Michael Schumacher World Tower (MSWT). The driver plans to construct the tower in New Delhi, featuring a cantilevered helipad and 200-foot high observation deck.

The MSWT will include 4 and 5-bedroom apartments. Located next to the international airport in New Delhi, the apartments will offer panoramic views of the skyline. Residents will be able to enjoy the spa, fitness centers and the Michael Schumacher museum.
