Akron Investment Central Eastern Europe II announced its plans to sell the Warsaw Trade Tower office building in the Polish capital. Designed by the American RTKL Associates architectural studio and completed in 2000, the WTT features 43 floors and stands at 208 meters tall, making it the second tallest office building in Central Europe.

Akron acquired the Warsaw Trade Tower in 2006. Colliers International and Jones Lang LaSalle will handle the sale process.

The tower holds more than 45,000 square meters of space. Tenants include KPMG, American Express, Mattel and AXA.

“The compelling combination of Poland’s ongoing economic growth and Warsaw’s low city center office vacancy rate supports the WTT offering,” Neil Gregory-Eaves, head of the investment services team at Colliers International told local media. “The property is one of the few core office assets currently for sale in the city center."
