The Russian-based company Itera has reportedly built the structural frame for Parus, its high-rise residential complex in the center of Minsk. The building, which may be Belarus’ tallest skyscraper, is scheduled to reach completion in 2013, according to the company's press release.
The 32-story, 204-apartment compound, currently stands at 118 meters (389 ft). It will reach 133 meters (436 ft) with the addition of the spire.
