Tameer has started handing over apartments in the Elite Residences, a 380-meter tower in Dubai Marina. Earlier this year Tameer topped out the nearby Princess Tower, which is  413-meters, the tallest residential tower in the world.

The second tallest residential tower in the world 23 Marina, which is 393 meters tall, completed earlier this year in the same neighborhood.

The 91-story Elite includes 696 apartments, as well as indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and game rooms, Arabian Business reports.
