A steel beam signed by President Barack Obama was secured as part of the framework of One World Trade Center tower Thursday. Back in June, the president wrote on the beam, "We remember, We rebuild, We come back stronger." The beam was hoisted up to the 104th floor and will be unseen by the time the building is completed.
