New York Daily News has released images of the high-priced penthouse units of Eight Spruce Street. The apartments feature views of a number of iconic buildings in New York and can claim the title of the highest apartments in the Western hemisphere.

The CTBUH named Eight Spruce Street the Best Tall Building in the Americas in 2011.
The two three-bedroom penthouses cost $45,000 per month, according to the Post. The four-bedroom, 3,800 square-foot north unit, rents for $60,000 a month and even comes with an extra studio unit for the hired help.
“The average income of renters who live above the 52nd floor is $606,000,” The Post reported. “More than 20 percent of those renters earn more than $1 million annually.”
