Jan 6, New York City Initial scoping plans have been put forward for a new supertall skyscraper to be located at 15 Pennsylvania Plaza, New York. The proposal has been put forward by developer Vornado Realty Trust who are working on the joint venture with their partner, Related Companies.The 180,000 square metre scheme would stand at a height of up to an impressive 373.38 metres on a site currently occupied by the 100 year old Pennsylvania Hotel....more
