Hong Kong-based Boutique Design has released the design of its landscaped skyscraper, The Canopy. The firm has included private gardens for all units, creating what they call a "green envelope" for the building, bringing nature up the façade from the street level.

"Boutique Design created The Canopy in order to blur the boundary between the modern interior spaces and the dramatic natural landscapes that surround the bustling metropolis," Inhabitat reports.

The project includes 54 apartments open to the outside world, featuring compact rooms, natural lighting and personal balcony gardens planted with grass and trees.
