Dec. 20, Cardiff They were to be Cardiff’s crowning glory but now the developer behind the giant Bay Pointe towers has confirmed they are unlikely ever to be built. Developer Chris Hamilton said the plan to give the Welsh capital “a New York skyline” had been scuppered by the credit crunch.
