Work is slowly progressing on a new city hall for Moscow. Currently the government departments are spread throughout the city in separate buildings, so while the city is undergoing a building boom it was decided quite wisely to put everyone under almost one roof. The new City Hall will consists of four towers standing at 308 metres all interconnected with sky bridges, the uppermost ones set out in such a way as to create an M for Moscow...more
