Dec. 3, Nashville A Nashville developer aiming to construct the tallest building in the city says he is downsizing his reach for the sky. Developer Tony Giarratana tells The Tennessean the recession has hurt his plans for a 70-story Signature Tower condo and hotel project in downtown with 600 condominiums. Now he is hoping for no more than 100 condos units. Prices for the luxury condos and a timetable for construction have not been set....more
