Nov. 28, Shanghai Groundbreaking ceremonies were held today to mark the start of construction on the Shanghai Tower. The 632 meter high building will be the tallest in China upon completion in 2014, ahead of the currently under construction 600 meter-tall 'China 117 Tower' in Tianjin and the recently completed 492 meter-tall 'Shanghai World Financial Center' which sits adjacent to the Shanghai Tower site...more
