		Nov. 19, Boston Boston Properties has secured an 8-year, $375 million loan for Four Embarcadero Center, the REIT's trophy office tower in San Francisco. A group of insurance companies provided the financing. The 47-story, 937,000-square-foot skyscraper was constructed in 1979 in Financial District submarket. It is part of the Embarcadero Center business complex, which is composed of five buildings measuring more than 4 million square feet. ...more
