		Nov. 18, Helsinki The Finnish Fair Corporation plans to build a 27-storey hotel next to the Helsinki Fair Centre. The new building would set a new record for height, as Helsinki is not exactly famous for tall buildings. According to the Fair Corporation, the building would rise exactly 100 metres above the ground.
